Merchants processing with AmeriMerchant® Payment Systems and signed up with the AmeriMerchant® Payment Systems ProcessingRewards® Program (the "Program") accrue ProcessingPoints™ at a rate of one point for every $12 dollars of VISA and MasterCard credit card and debit card processing that your business transacts with its customers. Cancelled, returned and/or charged back purchases will be subtracted from your accrued points.
Any merchant that chooses to leave AmeriMerchant® Payment Systems cannot redeem ProcessingPoints™ or receive credit. ProcessingPoints™ will be forfeited on all closed merchant accounts.
An account must be processing with AmeriMerchant® Payment Systems a minimum of $1,000/month in net VISA/MasterCard sales (the "minimum") for at least the previous three (3) months in order to redeem and earn points. Any merchant account that does not process at least $1,000/month in VISA/MasterCard sales with AmeriMerchant® Payment Systems for three (3) consecutive months will be deemed inactive and all ProcessingPoints™ will be forfeited and the rewards account will be closed. The only exception is if a business is seasonal/temporarily closed and the merchant informs AmeriMerchant® Payment Systems ahead of time on the length of time the business will be closed or will be processing less than the minimum as a result of seasonality. In the case of seasonality AmeriMerchant® Payment Systems may request proof that your business is a seasonal business.
Transactions prior to your enrollment date are not eligible for ProcessingPoints™. Additionally, should a merchant be in collections with any AmeriMerchant® Payment Systems affiliated or commonly owned company, all points will be forfeited.
You may check your available ProcessingPoints™ at any time by visiting website at www.amerimerchantrewards.com or by calling the toll-free number 1-877-33AWARD (1-877-332-9273).
You are responsible for ensuring that your ProcessingPoints™ earned are properly credited. If you believe that ProcessingPoints™ have been earned but not properly credited, you may be required to submit documentation or other proof satisfactory to AmeriMerchant® Payment Systems, which may include copies of statements. Any claim for uncredited ProcessingPoints™ must be received by AmeriMerchant® Payment Systems within 3 months after the ProcessingPoints™ credit was earned.
